Trafalgar FM has recently supported the Esteem consortium on Hull BSF, by carrying out legacy surveys to the existing Furniture Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) to Frederick Holmes School and Newland School for Girls.

The purpose of the surveys is to identify within each of the existing schools those items of FF&E that could be transferred across to the new facility, thereby reducing the requirement for new FF&E, and in turn identifying a capital cost saving for each school.

These surveys have resulted in the recording of over 5000 individual FF and E assets across both schools, from which a shortlist has identified those items suitable for transfer to the proposed new facilities, which also have a life expectancy of over 7 years.
