Suffolk Coastal Services

Suffolk Coastal Services currently provide FM services across 11 fire station facilities included within the Suffolk Fire and Rescue PFI project. Trafalgar FM have been appointed by SCS to carry out a benchmark evaluation report on the current hard FM services delivered through the project.
In addition to the hard services, Trafalgar FM are preparing a benchmark report on the delivery of soft services including Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning across the project as a part of the 5 yearly contract benchmarking/market test provisions.

The Trafalgar FM Team provided the independent Soft and Hard Services Benchmark Report for the Suffolk Fire and Rescue PFI, drawing on detailed information for PFI Projects of a similar profile. All queries and observations were dealt with quickly and professionally with the report being issued ahead of contract schedule. This allowed us to prove to the Project Board that we provide a quality value for money service further building on the good working relationship we have and negated the need to carry out a full market test.
