Trafalgar FM are experienced in the mobilisation and set up of FM services across various projects.

This mobilisation process can be for the development of an in house FM service or the development of an outsourced FM service solution.

Trafalgar FM support our clients in assessing the options for each route on the basis of best value, resources and experience and skill set required.

At each stage of the mobilisation process, we provide detailed progress reporting against the programme through the instigation of regular client liaison meetings.

Training and workshops

We believe that success is achieved through the ongoing development of a shared knowledge base within any organisation.

We currently provide training and workshop sessions for construction, property and facilities management professionals as part of a general training programme tailored to the specific requirements set out by the customer.

Examples of this training have covered areas such as Facilities Cost model development, Lifecycle management, CAFM system implementation and Performance Measurement and Reporting.

Design Integration

Trafalgar FM has considerable experience of working with design and construction teams on many projects including PFI, PPP and Design and Build framework projects.

This has resulted in the company providing an integrated approach, showing our detailed understanding of the key links between, design, FM and construction, and the impact that these areas have on the delivery of the client’s operations and service proposals.

Interim management

Trafalgar FM can provide at varying times through the life of a project, the technical support needed to provide interim management support on site, the recruitment of FM staff, and the technical expertise in preparing building policies and operating procedures where required.

In the current climate we are finding that many clients are keen to utilise the interim management support we can provide through Trafalgar FM to complement and work alongside their existing staff during peak periods of activity.

Technical support

Trafalgar FM currently provides varying levels of ongoing technical support to our clients on Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures and Hard and Soft services.

This support ranges from the tendering of individual FM services, through to their set up, management and operation on site.
