Trafalgar FM has recently provided technical support to PKF on the Birmingham Ormiston Academy project.

This support has comprised of the provision of monthly Facilities Management progress reports, along with detailed updates on the procurement of FF&E, and the identification of project savings on behalf of the Academy.

Throughout this process Trafalgar FM tracked the savings and contingencies on a fortnightly basis, which culminated in a total of £210,000 worth of savings being secured for the Academy.

These savings were than allocated to variations and additional works requested by the Academy through the contract.

Through this process Trafalgar FM were able to identify sufficient savings to allow the Academy to procure the 12 x 5 metre digital media screen installed to the front elevation of the building.
