Trafalgar FM have provided specialist support to Hochtief Projects through the provision of a Training Workshop session to senior management staff from across the UK.
The first part of the training workshop session covered the development of an FM cost model and consideration of the overall strategy in pricing project risks, whilst the second part covered the development and profiling of a Lifecycle model and the management of a completed model over the life of a project.
